Get Fit and Strong

A new workout, every day, with our expert coaches. Expect a mix of strength, gymnastics and cardio movements, programmed in ways to challenge you every time and keep you just outside of your comfort zone. THE KICK ASS CLUB

Women Only

This is an 8 week strength and conditioning course for women that will be like nothing you have ever tried before. We train twice per week; Tuesdays at 8pm and Saturdays at 9am. Not only will you be properly coached through the techniques of weightlifting, you will develop an understanding of how to move properly and how to train safely. Suitable for both beginners and experienced gym-goers, The Kick Ass Club is all about spending quality time with a coach and creating a safe space for you to train in. CROSSFIT KIDS

Fitness, but fun!

Is your child keen to have fun, get fitter and learn how to do cool things like climb ropes? This week course is suitable for primary school aged children who love to play and burn off some energy while learning about being healthier. Our coaches are friendly and approachable and will use fun and inventive ways to build your child's confidence and improve their health. No Holding 'Em Back

THE KICK ASS CLUB-WEIGHTLIFTING FOR TEEN GIRLS

Empower Young Women

This course is for secondary school aged girls (mature year 9s up to year 13s) and will teach them the essential skills of weightlifting. During this course, our inspiring coaches will work with the girls to build up their confidence, resilience, physical strength and mental capacity. The girls will be taught healthy attitudes towards fitness and health, and how to become more confident in their own bodies. Our coaches also preach an anti-diet culture which helps to develop healthy attitudes towards food and nutrition. Contact Us to see when the next term starts.
