ENGINE FiIT is our very own functional training system that is mid-way between personal training and a general fitness class. ENGINE FiIT has elite programming and a variety of skills offered in each class by our experts, so if you're looking to really better yourself and hit goal after goal after goal, this is the place where the real magic happens! In ENGINE FiIT we push harder, focus for longer, aim higher and achieve more.
How is ENGINE FiIT different to normal fitness classes?
Firstly, our ENGINE FiIT sessions are coached by elite trainers, rather than instructed like a regular fitness class. This means that every time our ENGINE FiIT Members come to class, there is a coach right there to personally guide them through learning new movements and skills, and help them to decide how to set up for their workout so that the intensity is challenging but manageable. This means that the expectations of our ENGINE FiIT members is higher. Our coaches know the member's capabilities and will gently push them to work for a little more every time they see them.
The training we write for our members changes every day to keep our members interested and to make sure they are getting the results they desire, without fail. We keep movements varied and we take the time to teach our members new skills that enhance their training. These can include gymnastic elements, weightlifting, cardiovascular endurance and many other skills. We also regularly assess the progress of our ENGINE FiIT members and help them to achieve their own personal goals.
Is ENGINE FiIT suitable for beginners?
ENGINE FiIT is really accessible for people of all ages and levels. If someone wants to get fit and is looking for a long term lifestyle change, we always recommend ENGINE FiIT Our highly skilled coaches are able to modify and adapt the daily programming to suit whoever comes to class.
