I HAVEN’T HIT THE GYM IN YEARS. WILL I BE FIT ENOUGH TO TRAIN HERE?

We hear this concern often from people who are new and the answer is always the same from us; if you show up to class we will train you. It doesn't matter if your 16 or 61-we will find something that works for you. We really recommend completing our 8 week beginner's course if you're nervous about starting training!

I CAN'T COMMIT TO A MEMBERSHIP. IS THERE ANOTHER OPTION FOR ME?

There is! You can PAYG to our classes.

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP IF I’M NOT SURE THAT I WANT TO JOIN?

Absolutely! We know it's hard getting started and it can take a while to decide if a gym is right for you. You can book a free trial to any of our class by using the links on this site. For The Kick Ass Club, contact us to enquire about trying a class.

WHEN DOES THE KICK ASS CLUB RUN?

The Kick Ass Club (ladies only strength training) meets twice per week and has options for various days and times. If you'd like to know when the next cycle begins, you can contact us to enquire or check our social media.

I AM A TOTAL BEGINNER. DO YOU HAVE A CLASS FOR ME?

Yes! Every Saturday at 9am.

GROUP TRAINING IS TOO EXPENSIVE IN OTHER GYMS. WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

We pride ourselves on providing top services for less than our competitors. Our intro offer for new customers is 30 days for £30. Our PAYG classes are £10.  Beginner's Class is £5 and our membership is £79/mo. If you want to join as a couple, we offer a couple's membership for £150pm.
